My Journey:
From Discipline to Pilates
“I immediately fell in love with Pilates as soon as I started my education. I knew that this was something I could do for a lifetime. Since 2007, I have been a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES™ Instructor, dedicating my career to an ever-evolving practice that just makes sense for both the mind and the body.”
The Foundation
My journey began in Manila, Philippines, where I am originally from. I trained under the renowned Vivian Zapanta and taught at her licensed training facility for 5 years. This period built my solid foundation in discipline and precise technique.
The Exploration
Driven by a lust for travel and a desire to explore the world, I took my passion for Pilates with me to New Zealand. I landed a teaching role at Core Pilates Studio in Pukekohe. In 2013, my journey brought me to Sweden, where I taught at various studios in Gothenburg and later in Skåne, constantly adapting to new environments and clients.
The Sanctuary
In 2020, I established my own private space in the heart of Gothenburg City. This is where I found my true calling: Teaching Privates. I love the One-on-one connection as it allows me to know my clients in-depth, understand their unique goals, and personalize every single session.
You will learn more about your posture and everyday habits when you try out a private session. I recommend everybody to try it at least 3-5 times so they can truly feel the difference in their bodies.
