Private session
Private sessions are ideal to create a fitness program suited for your needs and goals. When we meet for the first time, we will talk about what you would like to achieve with your Pilates training as well as address certain issues such as injuries, pain and other special conditions, like prenatal and postnatal workout programs. Analysing your posture and going through the essential principles of Pilates will be the next step, and from there, I will design an exercise program using either the Reformer machine, Stability chair, some props or simply just working on the mat.
Virtual session
You don’t need to sacrifice your training sessions if you’re on a holiday or can’t make it to the studio. With virtual sessions, we can work on your program in the comfort of your own home, hotel room or maybe even outdoors by the beach.
All you need is a stable internet connection and a mat. I will guide you closely through the screen to ensure your form is correct, offering the same personalized attention as an in-person session.
Corporate Pilates
Pilates’ basic principles focuses on findng the right posture, strengthening the core and training the body in a safe and effective way. It is a great tool to release the body and mind from stress and tension, perfect to open up the chest and shoulders, reduce back pain, and improve blood circulation. Pilates at Work is the best way to start the day or maybe even take a break in the middle of the day.
Whether you have never tried Pilates before or you have been training regularly, a class can be tailor-made for everyone in the group.

How does it work for Corporate Pilates?
Corporate Pilates
How it works:
- We train at a space in your office or another location you have chosen within Lomma, Lund, or Central Malmö. Training can also be done outdoors if the weather permits.
- Classes can be small or big groups, suitable for all levels and needs.
- You can choose to do a 30 or 55 min class.
- Bring you own mat.
- Wear comfortable clothes to workout in, no shoes needed.
- It’s also good to have a water bottle and maybe even a small towel.
Things to keep in mind:
- Cancellation policy is 24 hours before scheduled class.
- Come at least 5 min before the class.
- Private Sessions, Online PT or Group Classes at work can also be arranged.
I have never done Pilates before. Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. In your initial assessment, we will go through the basics and build a foundation that suits your body’s needs. We will progress at a pace that is comfortable for you.
What should I wear to a session?
You should wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Form-fitting attire helps me see your alignment and posture better. You do not need shoes; we train either barefoot or with grip socks.

How often should I practice Pilates to see results?
Consistency is key. Ideally, practicing 2–3 times a week is recommended to feel and see significant changes in your strength, posture, and flexibility. However, even one session a week is a great start!
How does a Virtual Session work? Will you be able to correct my form?
Yes! I will guide you verbally and demonstrate movements. I will ask you to adjust your camera angle so I can see your full body. This allows me to provide real-time corrections and ensure you are performing the exercises safely and effectively.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This ensures we can offer the slot to another client who might need it.
